RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME FACILITIES:
Resourceful Refuge, Inc. (RRINC) offers Residential Group Home services in a warm, least-restrictive, home-like environment designed to help individuals truly thrive. With a maximum of four residents per home, each person enjoys a private room with keyed access—ensuring comfort, dignity, and personal space.

Our homes provide 24/7 supportive care in a safe, family-oriented setting where individuals are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow. Every service is guided by a personalized, person-centered plan, so each individual’s goals, preferences, and needs remain the priority.

We actively support individuals in building independence through everyday living skills such as cooking, laundry, grooming, dressing, and maintaining their personal space—with compassionate staff available every step of the way. Residents also enjoy meaningful opportunities to engage in social, recreational, and community activities that foster connection and belonging.

RRINC proudly supports individuals with a wide range of needs, including those requiring more intensive support and those with physical disabilities. Transportation is provided for appointments and chosen leisure activities, removing barriers and expanding opportunities. This is more than a place to live—it’s a place to grow, connect, and live with purpose.
Maybe you have a place to live but want to create meaningful connections with others?

GROUP DAY PROGRAMS:
Resourceful Refuge, Inc. (RRINC) offers a comprehensive Community Engagement and Group Day Support program for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This program blends Non-Center-Based Community Engagement services (with a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio) and Center-Based Group Day Support services (with higher ratios), allowing participants to experience a balanced and enriching day of activities.

All services are guided by each individual’s person-centered plan, ensuring that supports align with personal goals, preferences, and needs. The program serves adults ages 18–100 and focuses on helping individuals gain, maintain, or improve skills that promote independence, social development, positive behavior, and personal choice.

Participants benefit from a flexible daily structure that includes both community-based and center-based experiences. In the community, small groups engage in activities at naturally occurring times in real-world settings, creating opportunities to interact with individuals without disabilities and build authentic relationships. Center-based supports provide additional opportunities for structured activities, skill-building, and social interaction in a supportive environment.
By combining these service models, RRINC creates a dynamic program that fosters creativity, autonomy, independence, and meaningful community inclusion.
